I started my spiritual and healing journey out of a deep longing for a deeper, truer, more natural, and more connected way of life. Somehow, I knew humans could be more than what I saw around me.

I went to Africa to experience a deeper aliveness and learn more natural ways of being. What I experienced was more than I could have expected: black magic, holy places, light beings, and an intense, sometimes quite painful, journey towards embodiment.

Little did I know, this was not my last time to outgrow my skin and change completely. Little was I aware that this is a common human experience - all of us change and become a new version of ourselves all the time.

I had always been empathic and intuitive, but by facing my shadows and my trauma, I grew to understand human suffering on a whole new level. Now I feel your pain while you work with me. I see what you don’t want to see. Now I can support your journey, your becoming, and hold the vision of your greatest future self for and with you.
