I have faced many challenges in my life, celebrated great, miraculous successes, but what has really opened, strengthened, and matured my being are the worst phases in my life. They have deepened my empathy and compassion, while strengthening my boundaries.
For sure, my many educations as a trauma coach, as a sound healer, and also my MA as an anthropologist have shaped me and given me the skill set for my work, but only real life and working experience have brought depth to my offerings.
I love to support people on their inner wisdom path. It’s my soul’s calling to bring women back to their inner knowing, their body wisdom, their intuition, and balance every part of their life. It’s my passion to see others thrive and shine.

The white Dragon came crashing down on Earth
She had left the celestial realms and got lost in this world of mirrors
Tangled in the net of images, she started to fight to free herself
She fought so hard with claws and teeth and fire
So much power, so much light, so much love - entangled, trapped
Gathering all her power, all her light, all her love
In stillness and the subtle laughter of the Divine
Embracing her shadows and those of the others
The mirror was broken
The white Dragon was free again
Softening, shedding, laughing, dancing in the wind
While drinking in the pure medicine of this Earth
